I just may have to try these. I like popovers, and I like yorkshire
pudding, and the recipe looks similar.

My family really likes these Dutch Babies. I think they're OK but the
wife and kids act like it's Christmas morning when I make it. It's
rather embarrassing. :-)

I got my recipe from the newspaper and it recommended that cast iron
pans be avoided so I just stick with my non-stick fry pan. The eggs and
milk are mixed with a whisk, not in a blender. The flour is whisked in
for a short time - just enough to break up most of the lumps. I try to
avoid incorporating air into the mix. Looks like you're going in the
opposite direction. OTOH, there's no denying that your pancake sure
looks tasty! Perhaps I should change my evil ways or, at least, my evil
prep. :-)
