The telling is on my website. You can either link directly to it from
the first post on the home page in the link in my sig line or go
directly to the blahblahblog link at the top of the home page.

Great write up, sounds like you had a wonderful day and a fabulous

Here's to many more happy years.

Congratulations, Barbles! That Serb was being very clever, but it was good
anyway, sì? Most of that menu was fairly authentic sounding. Lucky you to
have a place that gives a damn.

MOF I was rather young, but that was pretty common in 1966.
Interestingly, to me, most of my sibs were at least 23 when they
married; some into their 30s.

I wondered what you would think; thank you for responding. The check
was $130. Then subtract the $70 voucher. Then add the $35 we paid for
the voucher. Then add a 20% tip (based on the $130) to the adjusted
amount and we saved about $10 over not having the voucher. :-) I
absolutely loved it. Gotta bake some brownies. . . .

Is this new math? Seems like you saved $35 ($70 - $35)?

$130 Check
+$26 Tip
---- -----
$156 Total without voucher

+$35 Cost of voucher
-$70 Voucher savings
---- ---------------
$121 Total with voucher

$156
-$121
-----
$35 Net savings
