Default OT;Poodle fur damaged from styling wand----advise please

My virile dog, Nathan, had what I feel is too curly a coat. I thought I
would rather see it much straighter
and after lots of research came across the idea of using a 'curling
wand'.That worked well even if it
did take almost 9 hours from head to tail. Now that it is
done...........I hate it! Could I use a human hair
perming treatment to reverse the process,or should I wait for his good
hair to grow back? A prempty thank you for
any good advise.

I always thought those poor dogs were done up just for pictures, but
low and behold... I saw one live and in the flesh the other day!

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.
