I am looking for a website where I can buy about 7 lbs of high fat content
white chocolate. It is for a presentation at my nephews prom wherein the
chocolate will be melted and presented in swan molds-don't ask, it's his
Mom's idea.

But I do not know where to get it. Any ideas?

At the grocery store; Baker's brand in 7 or 8 ounce boxes is actual
white chocolate. All the other brands seem to be flavored palm kernel
oil or hydrogenated oils, with little or no cocoa butter.

Buy one package and see how you like it first.

Google "bulk white chocolate", or go to a local gift store that sells
chocolates and ask if they can get you white chocolate in melting squares or
in bulk.
