I can't claim to have a "favorite"; the best descriptor is "In default when on a trip" and I usually use Subway even if their bread is too soft and too sweet. It's usually made with shredded beef/macahaca, and then stuffed with vegetbales or escabeche. So taco bells is not that different. And taquitos are also a popular as botanas in Mexico. What isn't Mexican are Taco Bell's tacos. -sw |

Decades ago I loved a Whata-a-Burger. I first began eating pickled jalapeņos with a burger at a What-a-Burger in Del Rio, Texas in the mid-70's. I worked there for a year one month. They had chopped lettuce and I got it with mayo for some reason. Whataburger is still my favorite fast food place. I love their cheeseburgers with jalapenos, but if you want mayo, you have to ask for it, since they come with mustard. Here in Louisiana you have to ask for 'my-nez'. :-) Becca |

Less than once a year: the fried chicken livers at Hartz (with cream
gravy to dunk them in, of course) I also like Popeye's fried chicken. (There's not a Hartz within 1000 miles of here, and the nearest Popeye's is 75 miles away) Somewhat more frequently, I like Wendy's "Jr. Deluxe Cheeseburger" or "Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger", or a Little Caesar's pepperoni pizza. ![]() For me, The "Sausage McMuffin with egg" is the perfect breakfast.... I used to crave the fish at LongJohnSilvers. Over time, the fish fillet has gotten thinner and thinner but to make up for it, they've raised the prices. They're advertising a "Fish Taco" for a buck. I may have to try it. As an aside; Everyone seem to hve a "Dollar Menu" now.... and now, It may be cheaper to eat "dollar" than to buy grocerys. |

Add the increased price and it's become another McDs rip-off/piece of crap. So sad, but no surprise. nb |
