Default What t do with "pink" chicken?

Bought a lot ot chicken breasts (boneless, skinless).

I grilled them in a pan and thought they were done. Cooled them and
then but them in the refrig.

Today I went to cut them in cubes and noticed that some of them were
slightly pink on the inside - not raw, or even near raw.

I want to play safe. My intent was to freeze the cubes and then
defrost as needed.

Can I bake, broil, pan fry to make them safe? and then freeze them?

Thanks in advance

They may be already safe but cooking them through should be OK. If you nuke
them it would be enough to finish the job, but so would a few minutes in a
pan.
