Default Chinatown, Yum Cha, and the range of restaurants in Sydney

It's going to be a very busy week :-)


I'm looking forward to some medium tofu, coated with potato flour and deep
fried, served with a Japanese dipping sauce.


Then some dead cow, somewhere!!
