I've thought about that. I don't think it can produce

Keep the whole shebang chilled in an ice bath and extrude ice cream
logs...

Ooh, and after re-freezing the logs, coat in chocolate for ice cream
tamales.

You could extrude your own variant of the "Combos" snack stuff. Or
extrude continuous "Pigs in a Blanket"
