Had some Peking Duck with the whole pancake thing..... awhile back,
then did some lightly marinated tuna steaks with an avocado salsa and
a crisp green salad.

Peking duck....... no pancakes though, was in a rush to get it on
while it was still hot...... tasted damn good too.

And yes........... I have to use Google Groups to post for a couple
days till I get another newsserver sorted. The ISP in the hotel
doesn't 'play' with Bigpond as yet, so I can't use my usual newsreader
for a bit.
