Default Easy dinner tonight

BLATs:

turkey bacon
romaine lettuce
sliced tomato
thinly sliced avocado
on lightly honey-oat-wheat toast
with a schmear of Best Foods mayo

Delicious, quick and easy.

Dessert will be angel food cake with strawberries and cream.

Turkey bacon is good tasting, but the texture is different. Slightly
tougher imho.

Better than no bacon at all! It doesn't cook (fry or microwave)
quite as crisp as "real" bacon but it's all I've had at home since
my angioplasty in '96 and we like it.

DD buys it. She says she only likes one brand (this was a few years
