Default Sunday Dinner

Tortilla chips with guacamole and salsa fresca

Baked sweet-potato wedges with papaya ketchup

Pan-cooked black sea bass with pink peppercorns and lime zest

Corn tortillas (to make tacos)

Cabbage salad with red bell pepper, jícama, and lime-peanut vinaigrette

The papaya ketchup was interesting: I cooked papaya chunks together with
onion pieces, white wine vinegar, dry mustard, allspice, salt, black pepper,
and a bit of water. When the onions and papaya had softened enough, I
blended everything together. It went *really* well with the sweet potatoes,
and we also put some of it into tacos with the sea bass and the cabbage
salad.

Awwwww... Still on your period, huh, Honey-Bunch? It's lasted EXTRA long
this month, hasn't it? You poor thing, are you sanguine about its ending
soon?

At any rate, what was YOUR Sunday dinner, Beverly Sue? Six boxes of Ho Hos,
a carton of Marlboros, and a half-gallon bottle of peppermint schnapps? That
stuff will make your ass even bigger, you know, and the frame of your
double-wide is already showing signs of metal fatigue.

Took you quite a while to type up that reply. Did you need to up-size your
keyboard to "Extra-Fat"?
