Default Homemade pork tamales

Last week I made some cocktail size tamales. These are nice little two
bite size tamales, perfect for a cocktail party or potluck.

Muy delicioso Y sabroso.

It took me longer to filter through the photos and get it up on my
blog than it did to make them. ;-)

The step by step is posted if you are interested.

I'm going to experiment by making another batch of the masa and spread
it onto the cornhusks. Then stack them between layers of waxed paper
and freeze. I think it would be great to be able to pull out a few
cornhusks, defrost and fill with whatever, whenever you feel like
having a tamale.

Oh, man, koko, you're my new best friend. Hey, everyone, dinner at
koko's place! Who's with me?
