The store I got the whole wheat multi grain pizza dough is 35 mins one
way (about 25 miles one way). It'll cost me about $11-12 of gas to make the trip. So, Can I freeze this dough? For how long? To anyone familiar with Naan bread. I think that pizza dough could be used for Naan. I am gpoing to try it next time. |

Lots of places sell whole-wheat multi-grain etc etc. Try one of those. Failing that, do your week's grocery run at the place that sells the one you like and get more bang for your fuel buck that way. Oh, and yes, you can freeze the dough if it's wrapped up well. Thaw it in the fridge overnight before using it. Miche -- Electricians do it in three phases |

If I can make it in a not so expensive bread machine, I'd be interested in making pizza dough and other dough (for flat bread naan and roti) since I can use bread machine to make bread. Yes, I do not want to use my hand to mix all these dough. The faster I can make it, the more likely I would do it.
