The traditional filling for rice/tapioca wrappers involves rice vermicelli. My sister makes them that way. I make them with a mix of romaine lettuce and meat/veggies. I can only get lime based mayo in Goya and store brand. The Hellman's vanished here too. I've considered e-mailing them! I love the stuff.
