Default Just a Thank-you post

After read in this forum that one can find good deals in kitchen
items at Ross (8 -9 mos ago), I made a trip late last fall and then
whenever I happened to pass by that store. Here are what I got so far:

I got a carbon-steel wok (the bigger one) for $6.00 late last year. I
have been using that one rather than dealing with the other one which
needs some work. I bought that one for $19.99 at BBB a while back,
long before I knew about kitchen stuff at Ross. Darn it.

The other day, I got Fire Red color Kitchen Aid Prep bowls w/ Lids
that I had seen online and wanted for about $6.99 (http://
honolulu.craigslist.org/oah/for/1744656639.html). I alos got Mountain
Woods pizza peel for $4.99. I googled this morning and saw the
positive reveiws on it including

"This is our first pizza peel, and we had no experience with using one
before buying this. Our first few tries were a disaster. Despite
laying the peel with corn meal and/or flour, the pizza still would not
slide onto the stone, and half of it remained stuck to the peel. But
there is a very easy fix. We now layer the peel with parchment paper,
then build our pizza on top of it. It works slick. Just slide the
pizza and parchment paper onto the stone when you are ready to cook.
It is that simple. Give it a try and I think you will be as equally
impressed. "

But, I am planning to make smaller pizza and make more often. So, if I
see smaller one I will buy it and would like to will use this pizza
peel as a cutting board (not for meat). Would using it as a cutting
board be bad?
