Default Ping: Stu'

Stu, I've been following Sanjay's recipes on your site for awhile now
and it's been most educational. ;-) The curry puffs were wonderful and I
used sweet potato to make them.

I listed "cooking" as a hobby on my resume' and in two weeks, I finally
finish the training that my new job requires and will land at home base.

My new boss is Indian.

Do you have any suggestions as to what I might make as my intro' to a
new job? It needs to appeal to and impress not only the new boss, but
American co-workers.

I was considering some simple fruit tarts with puff pastry. Maybe a
banana and strawberry filling with spicing like the Banana Dosai?
