A fabulous filet at the original Ruth's Chris (Broad at Ursuline)
which was devastated by Katrina and is no longer there.

Speaking of Bananas Foster, I've been thinking of making either
Banana's Foster bread pudding or Banana's Foster crepes soon. I'm
leaning toward the crepes because I have some dessert crepes in the
freezer now, so I can skip that step.
