Default Dandelion greens

Hey Christine and Squeaks, I know the ribbin' is over and just as well.
I loves ya both!

So now I need some advice about dandelion greens. One bunch of them is
likely to be in my VERY FIRST EVER csa box next week. anyone have some
TNT recipes for dandelion greens? I've cooked all manner of greens
before, but never these.

There's gonna be some good eats chez moi next week <rubbing hands
together in anticipation>

CSA, huh? Like CONFEDERATE STATES OF AMERICA?

At any rate, I like dandelion greens cooked very quickly with a light
vinaigrette.

As someone else mentioned, I have usually had them in a salad. And in
most cases, a salad with a bacon grease based dressing...which ends up
being sweet and sour.

I think they can be cooked, and might be good in a pot of
greens...They are bitter, so wherever you would use bitter greens.

Pigweed greens are better than dandelion greens in my opinion. Google
for best prep method.
