Default Stove top foods

What I have lived on in similar circumstances:

Chicken legs, sauteed with onions and bell peppers, throw in a can of
tomatoes, (basil, oregano, garlic) serve with boiled or mashed
potatoes.

Above with sirloin, no tomatoes. Slice leftover steak into strips and
eat with green salad.

Steamed broccoli, green beans, etc. as side dish for above.

One-minute oatmeal for breakfast, with raisins and sliced banana.
