Default Becca's Key Lime Pie

Today is DH's birthday and I made your key lime pie. He loved it! I made
the almond meal crust that I posted last week.

For dinner we had coconut shrimp. I use Maple Grove Farms sugar-free
pancake batter and some light beer for the batter. The pancake mix is
very low in carbs. For a side we had okra and tomatoes.

Since these are three of his favorite foods, he was a happy birthday boy.

Thanks again, Becca.

Happy birthday to your husband and thanks for the almond meal crust
idea, it was a big hit yesterday. Literally *everybody* loved it.

Janet, thanks for the recipe to your almond meal crust. Glad your
