No suggestions, but good luck with this potentially difficult menu. I would
make sure that the person who has the severe allergies is provided with the
ingredients of all of the dishes so she can decide if she wants to risk
eating something.

Right. The rules for all potlucks involving this friend are "list of
ingredients; no celery" because she can go into anaphylactic shock if
there's celery in the *room*, even if she doesn't eat it.

One of the things I like about doing the food is that she can just eat
without worrying about it, because she knows I'm meticulous about food
stuff and won't feed her anything not on her approved list.
