Right now my books go to my estate & the Trustee has specific instructions
how to dispose of our goods on a rotational basis beterrn our children.

Dimitri, you put your books in a trust under will?

That's fascinating.

All of my possessions are owned by my (our) trust. My bank accounts, my
savings, my investments my home and it's possessions. Not 401's or IRA'S
IIRC.

We did not list specific possessions save those willed to specific daughters
However we have set forth a methodology for the disposition of ALL non
listed possessions such as my cookbook collection, and the copyright to my
book.
