Thanks. :-)
OB Food: We canceled our dinner reservations at Jax; bad weather looms
and I'm not interested in driving across town in it.

Shop early and shop often. Good gin and cheap chocolate preferred.

It was interesting walking in it, a bit earlier....

Holy guacamole! We canceled 6:30 reservations at Jax -- I 'm getting
too old to deliberately drive a distance in this stuff. Went to
Hooter's instead (1/2 mile away). While we were there, the sirens went
off and the sky was positively nasty. Beat cheeks to get out and get
home and I was praying a tree wouldn't fall on me. Rob was praying that
a tree wouldn't fall in front or or behind us at the same time. :-)
Sounds like the rain may have let up. How are you?

No sirens on this side of town, but the rain just keeps coming. At least it
isn't sideways anymore.

Unfortunately, it's illegal to walk around in public without clothing.
Some of mine was waterproof, but not all.

I only allow them one candle... One candle for the new year.

You need to get out the whip! ;-)

I bet all your skin it waterproof, Dan. :-) It keeps your bones dry,
no?

OB Dinner: Stir-fried sirloin with pea pods, garlic scapes, water
chestnuts, and a bit of sweet red bell. With white rice. Pretty tasty,
it was. I'm not sure I understand the attraction of garlic scapes,
though. They were okay.

Heh! It would certainly be fitting... :-)
Preferably one of those 1/2 gallon collectors items.
Maybe one of these?:
