Paupiettes in white white
Steamed brown rice
Dark leaf lettuce salad

I picked up four paupiettes (thinly sliced beef stuffed with
sausage and bacon) at the butcher shop this afternoon. I browned
them first and also a substantial amount of sliced mushrooms
(white, not my favourite).

Right now, they are cooking in a white wine/vegetable broth liquid
which should be reduced considerably by the time they are done
(about 30 minutes in all).

Sounds really good! For me tonight, I'm making deviled eggs for a cookout
tomorrow. I had leftover meatloaf and some green beans for dinner. I tried
Barb's trick using a plastic bag, but I put in a star tip and coupler but I
punctured it with my fingernails. Ended up just spreading the yolk in as
usual. Sprinkled half with Old Bay, and half with paprika.
