My favorite was the one that looked like a sandwich, probably because
it reminded me of the "hamburger" birthday cake I ordered when my son
was small. It looked just like a burger and fixin's in a seeded bun -
on steroids, and it tasted good too.

Fondant may make professional looking cakes but the taste of it leaves
a lot to be desired. I'd rather have something that tastes good
first. Then, make it look pretty.

I don't have a problem with fondant and think buttercream sucks - so
there ya go.

Wow sf, you really need TO go find yourself a proper hobby - looking
at pictures of cupcakes all day can't BE a healthy past-time heh.

Ophelia asked Nasty about sf:

Nasty thinks sf is a guy -- and that makes Nasty VERY excited.

Bob, aren't YOU a little old for name calling. It doesn't paint you in
a very good light I must say, As I mentioned previously, if you ARE
not interested in a particular discussion, why bother poking your nose
into proceedings. I said the same thing to sf earlier today, and at
least he SEEMS to have taken the advice ON board. How about you?

Do you *object* to the nickname "Nasty"? REALLY? Because you haven't said
anything about it up to this point.

I *am* interested in all kinds of discussions. However, when a discussion
has fallen flat because it is utterly lame, then it's time to steer the
discussion in a different direction. Anyone with even the tiniest modicum of
social skills would have known that. Were you really completely unaware?
Wow. You must have grown up in a *very* sheltered environment, practically
a vacuum.

Speaking of vacuums, does your head float?

Bob

Oh bite me Bob! Who died and made you the rec.food.cooking Chief of
Staff anyways! As I said before (and apparently because of the fact
dementia has obviously taken a great grip on you) I will say IT again
just for you - if YOU are not interested in a particular discussion
(which other folk clearly are judging by the number of responses to a
question I only posted within the past 24 hours!), then just shut the
**** up.

Now, go clean your dentures and take your meds like a good and well-
behaved old man should heh

Well, I see that I touched a NERVE! I asked you several questions which you
failed to answer, so I will repeat them:

1. Do you object to the nickname "Nasty"?

2. Were you really completely unaware that your conversation had fallen
flat?

3. Were you also unaware that when a conversation *does* fall flat, then the
socially graceful thing to do is to steer that conversation into other
areas?

4. Were you raised in an unusually-sheltered environment? Maybe no father,
and a mother who might have inspired Pink Floyd's "The Wall"?

5. Does your head float?

I can see that you're very upset right now, and I don't fault you for losing
control like you did; I know self-control is hard for teenagers, especially
the ones who are involuntary virgins because of their looks and lack of
social skills. But if you cannot gain control over your hormones and if you
cannot take part in the current discussion by way of answering those
questions, then maybe you need to impose a time-out on yourself. Can you do
that? Are you a big boy; can you do that REAL GOOD?

Bob

I'm starting to wonder. Reading a few threads I don't normally, he seems to
pop up and say something nasty to any post she makes?

It looks like it's made of plastic? Is it even edible?

At first I only looked at the first one. But after
you're comment I went back and looked at all of them.
1 or 2 looked edible.

My fave is the one with the dead body on it. I love dead
bodies!

It's the perfect cake to serve at your next Dead Spread.
