Default Duck a l'Orange

I wanna do a duck!

My library finally got in a pair of Julia's original Art of French
Cooking books (we're poor! . My question is, which book is the
recipe in, vol 1 or 2? I know damn well it's in one of them!

How complicated do you want to get, nb? I can scan a long recipe that
I bought a book just to get my hands on - but after I saw how long and
complicated it was I never made it. If you're interested, you can be
the first on your block to try that recipe.
