Smile Welcome to my living room

I'm new (obviously); but it seems this might be just the place for me. I'm the cook in the family and use fresh ingredients from the Coulee Region of Western WI.

I also make beer and wine to compliment the foods I make. I'm no pro (I'm a teacher); but I love being in the field/woods, kithen and, finally, dinner table/man cave/deck/pub/etc.

I hope to learn from you folks while sharing the scant tidbits of knowledge I've picked up.

Thank you in advance.

Welcome aboard. Tell us a bit about what you love to cook, tools you
can't live without etc.

Age test: does your colander have three feet and star pattern punched
into it?
