Default Indian Ginger-Garlic paste

Finally bought a 1 liter jar of that stuff yesterday, and tried it last
night. My GODS that stuff is strong!

And tasty. :-) Just go easy on it.

Bought it from the Indian spice section at Fiesta in Austin...
