OK you bakers.
Made an apple pie this PM, and, in a moment of something-or-other, , doused same with BP. Some in the apples, other with egg wash on top crust with turbinado sugar and BP. Anybody else ever done this? Alex |

It's out of the oven. Pretty. But it smells, vaguely, of
dog hair.! What? Wassup with that? I admit to being at a loss. Seemed like a good idea. Alex, thinking about adding melted cheddar. |
