sf, you may want to KF anything from @manlymail. It's *all* spam and
trolls. Then, remove the crossposts? At the least, please pull out the
rec.bread.recipes where the 'manly' troll is always just a crosspost
inbound. (probably most have him in their kill file aready there so we see
it only as a quoted crosspost). I know, hard to catch them all.

@manilymail has been killfiled for years and I don't have a way to
filter to kill subsequent replies before I open the first one. I
