Not very often, but, as a matter of fact, we broiled lamp chops (or was
it steaks) a few months ago. I had been planning to BBQ them but the
weather turned really nasty. We had not broiled any meat in ages. Even
though I don't remember if it was lamb chops or steaks I do remember
that I was impressed.
