Default Peaches will be ripe in a day or so

We get up to four boxes full, and have to process them quickly. We freeze a
lot, and give a lot away. My, they are sweet.

You know, just when you think you know everything, someone blows you out of
the water. I would have never thought of that in a million years. Thanks.

They are also fabulous grilled with a 'mop' of brown sugar, butter,
and lemon juice or balsamic vinegar and served with vanilla ice
cream as a very decadent dessert.

They sure are! Someone mentioned wrapping them and grilling the
bundle. Haven't tried it yet, but that's on my "to do" list.

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

My pleasure - summer grill tray to go outside contains
One or more of the following:

Meat
Corn
Onion slices held with toothpicks
Or Green onion
Bell Peppers (any color)
Some stone fruit
Fresh slices of pineapple

Dimitri
