Brush with EVOO add salt & fresh cracked pepper.

When done a squeeze of fresh lemon juice is all you'll need

I slice thick slices, brush them with olive oil, then sprinkle on a spice
mix of fennel seed, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper*. Grill them a few
minutes on each side.

If I have the time, I'll lightly dry toast whole coriander, fennel, cumin
seeds and peppercorns, and grind them in a spice grinder with sea salt. This
really seems to bring out the best in the spices.
