I took some liberties on this recipe.
http://blisstree.com/eat/crab-flakes...bage-stir-fry/ I used regular cabbage, omitted the onions and used real crab rather than imitation I used onion powder because I love the flavor but I'm thinking I can't digest the real whole ones. I used a tiny bit of sesame oil after plating it. I used cayenne pepper rather than pepper flakes because I don't have any. OMG tasty served over plain rice. |

Yogurt's OK if my stomach is empty. etc. Do you have the same problem? |

I'm now keeping a food diary to find out what causes the pain and keeps me up at night with bloating and diarrhea. |

The last for a while of the small frozen packages of the crab meat. This is
a crab tempura with a soy sauce, sesame oil, tiny bit sugar, garlic powder dipping sauce. Not bad. The crab was just crab, egg and Old Bay seasoning. A little runny but it made for interesting shapes of the final product. Fried in olive oil. http://i54.tinypic.com/2jxqp1.jpg http://i53.tinypic.com/2irkpiw.jpg |

Yours looks great, though. Becca |
