Default Help.....looking for savory breads

Someone here posted a recipe from Sophie's Sweet and Savory Bread
cookbook.
I wanted to buy the cookbook, but no one has it in stock. I guess
they aren't printing any more. The only place I have found one, they
wanted an astronomical amount of money for it.....

Who ever posted that recipe, please post it again. I did a search
here but couldn't find it.

If anyone has that cookbook and would be willing to share some
recipes, please do!

thanks.

To me $25 for a 160 pg hard cover cookbook is not anywhere close to
astronomical.

http://www.keplers.com/book/9781584792451

You can also request the book at your local public library
inter-library service.

I ordered it from keplers.......got a message back "oops, sorry, not
available".

Trust me, I've looked everywhere. Amazon has it from a couple of
sellers fro $350.

Try your public library... scan the few recipes of interest to you...
more likely after perusing the book I'd have those of interest
committed to memory.... I don't follow recipes exactly anyway, for me
cookbooks are a guide, more for ideas than the exact list of
ingredients.

even if your local library doesn't have the book, they should be able to
get it for you through the inter-library loan system. might be worth
trying.

Did this place have it?

I like the cover! I checked eBay but no luck there either. What was in the
recipe posted here?

There are a ton of sites out there when you Google "Sophie's Sweet &
Savory" .... and many recipes given. Did you look at those? What
ingredients are in the recipe you can't find?
