Default BEST pumpkin fudge recipe?

I tried the first recipe that popped up when I Googled - silly me -
and it was too sweet. I prefer the type that isn't, the type delicious
enough so that you can't help but finish eating the portion, even if
it's big, the type where you would actually recognize the taste as
PUMPKIN and not sugar! (Spicy pumpkin, that is.)

Anyone know which recipe fits that description? (The pumpkin fudge I
get from retailers certainly does.) Thanks.

Lenona.
