Going to whip up a batch of this for the BBQ party, might even thicken some
up to use as a sauce on some of the pizzas. 50g dark muscovado sugar 125ml beef stock 4 tablespoons each of Dijon mustard, soy sauce, tomato paste or puree, and redcurrant jelly 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (to taste) Put all ingredients into a saucepan, warm and whisk until desired consistency and sugar is dissolved and all combined. -- Peter Lucas Hobart Tasmania If riding in an airplane is flying, then riding in a boat is swimming..If you want to experience the element, get out of the vehicle ! |
