Default REC: A quick BBQ gravy/sauce

Going to whip up a batch of this for the BBQ party, might even thicken some
up to use as a sauce on some of the pizzas.

50g dark muscovado sugar
125ml beef stock
4 tablespoons each of Dijon mustard, soy sauce, tomato paste or puree, and
redcurrant jelly
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (to taste)

Put all ingredients into a saucepan, warm and whisk until desired consistency
and sugar is dissolved and all combined.
