Thanks for taking in a stray. We have two rescue mutts, and they are a
great part of our lives. Their intake pictures at the rescue center look
like a lump of dirty mop. I'm sure there's another one out there right now
meowing for a home. Go find it.

I thought about it but I don't think I will. We took that one in
because it was an emergency...but had to keep her seperated from our
siberian husky. It was hard, the husky kept wanting to get at her...I
don't think she would have hurt her on purpose but things happen in play
sometimes...

But anyway, between that and the 2 year old twins constantly wanting to
"love" her, it's not a safe environment for kitties. I would feel
terrible if I took in another one and something happened to it. I'm
miserable today as it is.

I totally understand. Enjoy her memories and enjoy whatever peace you
can find with 2 year old twins. ohmigoodness.
