Are you making fun of Minestoans?

I've never tried lutefisk, but only because of lack of
availability. I would probably not go to the trouble of cooking
it, but would certainly try it at a restaurant. And assuming that
there was nothing else on the menu.

I can't plan a meal 12 hours advance let alone 14 days.
