Yorkshire Pudding contains flour, milk, eggs, meat drippings. It is light and flavorful and simple. Stuffing contains dried bread cubes, sauted onions and celery, butter, sage, sometimes fruits or nuts, some stock to moisten. The stuffing can be quite complex in flavors and textures. |
