I like the liver in giblet gravy. Some folks prefer their turkey livers
less intense. Adding diced boiled agg to the gravy makes the liver
flavor more mild. Not enough for someone with a strong dislike of liver
but enough to take off the edge to the point where folks who don't know
don't notice the liver.
