Default Dinner on the 9thDec: PICs

Chilli coconut prawns and fish, which was Pink Ling.

As soon as I told the SO that I'd bought Ling, she balked, as the last lot
wasn't so 'hot' and she didn't enjoy it.

This lot she loved.... enough to take leftovers for lunch the next day.

Rather than use dried chilli flakes as the recipe called for, I just
chopped up a couple of dried chillis from a bag I got in the Asian section
of the supermarket.

She put some sort of lemon/herb dressing on the salad, and the leftover
lime went into my G&T's :-)

The report was "Great texture, great taste, and just the right 'oomph'
from the chilli."

A good friend would drive 30 miles at 2:00 am to bail you out of jail.
A best friend, however, would be sitting in the cell next to you saying
"Man, that was f******n Awesome!"

Thanks.

Tonight she's just having plain old Black Angus rump steak and salad.
