Delightful Beets
2 cups cooked, cubed beets
salt and pepper 1/2 cup country-style dressing 1 cup commercial sour cream, whipped 1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine Heat beets. Season if desired. Drain and combine with dressing. Place hot beets into warmed bowl. Spoon whipped cream over top and sprinkle chopped green onion over the top of the cream. This dish really lives up to it's name: DELIGHFUL! |
