Default Light dinner recipes help!

Hi everyone,
For an upcoming occasion I want to make something that isn’t too much preparations to make, and isn’t too messy to clean up because there are lot more thing to do apart from cooking. So please be serious and share some recipes.

Rib Eye Steaks tossed on the grill

Baked potatoes- Wash well, prick with fork, bake at 400 for 45 -60 min
till nice and crispy. No oil, No foil. Live it up and serve good butter,
sour cream and chives.

Tossed Salad- good greens, sliced cherry tomatoes, pitted olives, cukes,
sliced green onions... simple olive oil and vinegar dressing. No gaggy
bottled stuff.

Ice Cream with the fanciest little cookies you can find.

About as easy a meal as can be!

How many people are you cooking for? What types of foods do you like?

If it is a causal buffet, get something such as a Honey-Baked ham,
other cold cuts, deli salads and sides, such as pickles, olives,
cheeses, and some good rolls and breads.

If you want more of a hand in it, you make the potato salad or cole
slaw or scalloped potatoes, or knock yourself out over cookies or a
coffee cake for dessert.

If you need any specific guidelines or recipes for any of this, just
holler.
