Default Christmas Day Ham

My job is ham (well, one of my jobs), which I've had in the freezer
for a while. Does anyone have suggestions on what I might do with it
other than pop in the oven, baste and serve with scalloped potatoes?
If I can prepare the day before, that would be even better! e.

I usually soak dried cherries in orange juice for a bit, then make thin
slits in the ham here and there and shove the cherries in. I make a
glaze with the remaining OJ and brown sugar and baste intermittently.
