For years my gentleman friend brought over a freshly-killed turkey for
the holidays. My new gentleman friend said that he's going to give me a great big goose. Have you had any experience with a goose? I don't want to mess up this relationship. |

Make sure you have a couple of big jugs and a nice bit of crumpet to go along with the "great big goose." -- Mr. Joseph Paul Littleshoes Esq. Domine, dirige nos. What? You have a "new" gentleman friend? If you goof up cooking the goose and you're afraid of messing up the relationship...then you need a different relationship. OTOH...you didn't say your new friend is bring a real goose so perhaps you're just talking about him goosing you. |

I hear he's the group's (fat acceptance) self-proclaimed expert. -- Gregory Hall |

I recall my grandparents and their cohorts using the term and giggling like mischievous adolescents. |

The colloquial term "giving someone a goose" has absolutely nothing to do with cooking. You might want to freshen up your knowledge of slang language. Joe |
