Quick question.
When you wash (or rinse) your veggies, would a very slightly soapy (few drops of regular liquid dish soap) be better than a while vinegar wash? Or should I do both? I usually do both but wonder if I should eliminate one or the other or continue with both. Regards Lin |

If you feel the need to use more than just water to soak and rinse your veggies, there are vgetable washes available in stores. Usually though, all you need is a good soak and a rinse to remove any dirt or residues. |

Call me daring but I just use water to rinse. I do try to buy organic but this doesn't always happen. I bought a bunch of produce today and none of it was organic. The store I was at does have organic but not a lot of selection. |
