Default dinner 12-22-2010

I liked it, but there won't be as many ingredients next time. This
one had hot Italian sausage, apples and onion, plus a ricotta/egg and
various cheeses layer. I also added some spinach to the
sausage/apple/onion mixture because I only had one apple. Next time
will be just sausage, apple, onion and a light sprinkle of grated
parmesan cheese... or maybe I'll put the cheese into the crust.
Haven't thought that far yet. http://oi56.tinypic.com/2hmiqt3.jpg

I don't think it has a "name", but the idea came from here.
http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/apple_and_sausage_pie/
I didn't follow that recipe to a T, but it did serve as inspiration.

Pretty much everything is in a slice, so I just served salad. I was
not feeling creative, so I just threw everything into the same dish.
