![]() Last January I bought a new Gateway laptop with Windows 7, 64 bit, dual processor, etc 4 gigs of RAM, 320 hard drive. It has/had a trial of version of Power Point viewer for 25 sessions. I am still able to view PP attachments but I always get the nag screen to enter my product key for full, effortless viewing. I'm not buying the program for $100-$200 and have downloaded the free viewer from the Microsoft website. The download went smoothly and I followed all prompts however I am still getting that @$#%!& nag screen to enter my product key code. Should I go into the control panel, delete the download and try it again. I did not delete the trial version as this free version wrote over the top of it. Is that my problem or am I destined to see that darn prompt screen forever?? Any help/enlightenment anyone can give me would certainly be appreciated. |
