Crushed Fenugreek depending on what you mean by 'mushroom sauce' (too wide
of a variation there to guess but if you jst used mushrooms, tnen fenugreek
works).

All right! Can I add just a little bit red wine to it?
Fenugreek may lower blood glucose and cholesterol levels and increase
milk production.

Sure if you like but it's not optimal for this recipe. Not every dish is
improved with wine. Doesnt go well with fenugreek either.

Well, the first two are generally good and the last only matters if you are
a lactating lady ;-)

The first question that comes to mind in the police states is "Is it
legal?'
I will look for it at Walcop. Second is "does it create a higher sperm
count"? cause I am getting old and I finally don't have to stash
tissue in my shorts to stop the overflow. The blockage just causes my
stomach to expand. I need to reduce my calorie intake not increase my
libido. And the tortellini were cheese. Just frozen and not whole
wheat.
